Who we are
After 16 years as an Officer in the Royal Air Force Regiment, Ryan Johnson, Founder and Principal Consultant of Team Development Solutions, transitioned into designing and delivering training focused on organizational development and enhancing workforce potential. He has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as the London Fire Brigade, London Underground, and Transport for London in the UK. Team Development Solutions is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates, with offices in Dubai. Ryan possesses extensive experience in the Middle East, having contributed to significant projects like Etihad Rail, Dubai Metro & Tram, as well as the Riyadh Metro project and The National Water Company in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, he served as a Senior Consultant in The Sultanate of Oman, specializing in various sectors including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, FMCG, Defence, and Aviation.
